Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Taxero, we believe in bringing value and satisfaction in our services. To this end we strive to not just maintain but constantly improve every aspect of our services and we take pride in the fact that our members trust our services. That said, we understand there is always an opportunity for improvement and in case you are not satisfied with our service we request you to contact us and give us the opportunity to meet your expectations.

If we fail to deliver on our promise made at the time of purchase of the service we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the service.

Consultation Appointment Cancellation: If you cancel a consultation appointment due to issues on your end we will refund the entire amount if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 48 hours of the appointment we will deduct a 20% fee and refund the remaining amount.

Refund Timeline:Refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days
