Shipping and Delivery


Shipping: At this moment Taxero does not provide service that requires shipping. Hence, we do not have any policies related to shipping.

Delivery: Although we do not provide any service that requires any kind of shipping, we do have policy around delivery in the context of delivering our services and our commitment for the same.

  • Delivery of consultation services will be provided by qualified individuals such as a CA, tax practitioner, etc.
  • You can request for the credentials of the advisor you are consulting with by reaching out to us at support@taxero.in
  • Delivery of all services will be through electronic mediums such as our website, email, etc.
  • The SLA will differ for each service and can be found either on the pages dedicated for the service or in communications following selection of the service.

Returns/Cancellation: Since there is no delivery there is no scope for returns. There is how however policy for cancellation and can be found in the Cancellation and Refund page.
